Endangered Species - Orchids and Wildlife
Wyong Council has been
intimidated into ditching the Conservation Strategy

In response to extreme pressure on Endangered Species of
Terrestrial Orchids and other Species issues in Australia, we have
designed and published this resource as a necessary addition to the many
Eco sites and lists
scattered across cyber space.
The Eco Practical Activist Net is a place for information on the
conservation of Endangered Species and other native flora and fauna, links
to Eco sites, including practical information for Eco Activism and
Endangered Species
information, access to lists of Endangered Species in Australia,
Terrestrial Orchid sites and alerts, and a base to find Activists and
methodologies suitable in assisting to solve your particular Environmental
or conservation problem.
Members and the public can discuss their Endangered Species issues,
important Eco issues, and share advice how to protect and conserve many
Endangered Species, populations, and communities, and foster the desire to
spread ecological consciousness amongst many people.
The site has pages where you can post your issues, as well as posting
other issues suitable for Eco Discussion, for posting green hints to
assist in everyday living, and a section devoted to petitions and protests
The site also contains a newsletter, covering many
aspects of ecology, lots of photos of orchids and nature, birding reports,
Eco alerts, updates on Wadalba and Warnervale, where many Terrestrial
orchids, microbats, and other Threatened and Endangered species are to be
found.
Subscribe to the free newsletter by emailing
mail@epanet.angelnco.com – with
‘add’ in the subject line.
Wildlife Arc, the animal rescue and care organization on
the Central Coast, also posts its monthly newsletter ‘Wildlife Tales’ on
the site.
One of the features of the site is a Wish Page, where
needs of the E.P.A.Net are posted, and members and visitors are encouraged
to have a look at this page to see if there is any way they can assist in
making the E.P.A.Net become a more effective organization. Any donations
are always welcome.
Also, a section has been made so members can post their earth bio’s, or
resumes, so other members can find the expertise they need for their
particular task.
Feedback is always appreciated, and the Eco survey page is for your
suggestions to better the site. If you have any features you'd like to see
added to this web site, let us know and we'll make every effort. Our Goal
is to save the orchids, and the earth.
